The power and volume buttons on the Motorola Moto G9 Power press against a thin flex cable inside the frame. That cable carries the button signals to the main board. A drop, liquid or wear can damage it, and then a button stops working, works only sometimes or stays pressed.
This part includes the power and volume button parts shown in the photos, in black or purple to match your phone. If the outer button caps are bent or missing, they may need replacing as well.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read moto g9 power. The model number should be XT2091-3 or XT2091-4.
The Moto G9 Power has a 6.8-inch screen and a 6000mAh battery. The Moto G9 Play and G9 Plus are different phones.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Motorola Moto G9 Power off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges gently and lift it off with a plastic opening tool.
- Remove the screws holding the inner cover and lift it off.
- Disconnect the battery connector before touching any other part.
- Unplug and carefully peel out the old button flex cable from the side of the frame.
- Fit the new flex in the same position, lined up with the button caps, and reconnect it.
- Reassemble, reconnect the battery and test power, volume up and volume down.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Motorola Moto G9 Power?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows moto g9 power and the model number is XT2091-3 or XT2091-4. It does not fit the Moto G9 Play, Moto G9 (India) or Moto G9 Plus.
Does it fit the Moto G9 Play?
No. The Moto G9 Play uses a different part. This button flex is for the Moto G9 Power only.
How do I know the flex cable is the problem?
If a restart does not help and a button has no effect, or behaves as if it is held down, the flex is the usual cause. If the phone does not turn on at all, check the battery and charging first.
Is it made by Motorola?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality button flex cable made to fit the Motorola Moto G9 Power, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
