What this part is
The Nokia 3.4 holds the SIM and memory card in a removable tray on the side of the phone. Trays get lost when swapping SIM cards, or bend if pushed in the wrong way round, and a damaged tray can stop the phone reading the SIM.
This set includes a SIM card tray and a microSD card tray, so you can use a SIM and a memory card as the phone was designed. No tools are needed apart from a SIM eject pin. If the phone still shows no SIM with a new tray and a working SIM card, the SIM reader inside the phone may be damaged.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Nokia 3.4 and the model number (TA-) should be one of TA-1288, TA-1285 and TA-1283. The model number is also printed on the box label.
The Nokia 3.4 and Nokia 5.4 have similar names but use different parts. Check the model before ordering.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Nokia 3.4 off.
- If an old tray is stuck, gently remove it with a SIM eject pin. Do not force it.
- Place the SIM card, and a memory card if used, in the new tray the right way up.
- Slide the tray in flat and straight until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check the phone reads the SIM and memory card.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
