What this part is
The Nokia G10 holds the SIM and memory card in a removable tray on the side of the phone. Trays get lost when swapping SIM cards, or bend if pushed in the wrong way round, and a damaged tray can stop the phone reading the SIM.
This set includes a SIM + SIM + microSD card tray, so you can use a SIM and a memory card as the phone was designed. No tools are needed apart from a SIM eject pin. If the phone still shows no SIM with a new tray and a working SIM card, the SIM reader inside the phone may be damaged.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the Nokia G10 off.
- If an old tray is stuck, gently remove it with a SIM eject pin. Do not force it.
- Place the SIM card, and a memory card if used, in the new tray the right way up.
- Slide the tray in flat and straight until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check the phone reads the SIM and memory card.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
