What this part is
On the Nokia G20 the USB-C charging port sits at the bottom of the phone and is joined to the main board by a small sub-board and flex cable. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and drops wear the port out, and the phone stops charging reliably.
This part comes with the port already fitted, so no soldering is needed. The whole board is swapped as one part. If the phone still does not charge with a new board and a known good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Nokia G20. The model number starts TA- and is also shown there.
The G20 has a 6.5-inch screen and four rear cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Nokia G20 off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the plastic back cover carefully with a plastic pick, working around the edges.
- Remove the screws and inner cover, then disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Remove the lower cover and speaker if fitted, unplug the old charging port board and unscrew it.
- Fit the new board, reconnect its connectors and secure the screws.
- Refit the covers, reconnect the battery and close the phone.
- Power on and test charging and USB data with a known good cable.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my Nokia G20?
Yes, if Settings shows Nokia G20. It does not fit the Nokia G10.
Does it fit the Nokia G10?
No. The G10 looks very similar to the G20, but this part is sold for the G20 only. Check your model in Settings › About phone before ordering.
Do I need to solder anything?
No. The port is already fitted to this board. It connects with a plug-in connector and screws.
Is it made by Nokia?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Nokia G20, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Nokia G20 has to be opened carefully and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
