What this part is
The Nokia X20 SIM tray slides into the side of the phone and holds one nano-SIM slot and a second slot for a nano-SIM or microSD card. Trays are easily lost when changing SIM cards, or bent when pulled out at an angle. A bent tray can stop the SIM being read and can damage the reader inside.
This tray is made to the Nokia X20 shape, so it sits flush with the frame. It is available in Gold, Blue and White. Colours in photos can look slightly different from real life. No tools are needed apart from a SIM eject pin.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model should read Nokia X20. The model number starts TA- and is also shown there.
The X20 has a 6.67-inch screen and a round camera module with four rear cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Nokia X20 off.
- Push a SIM eject pin into the small hole beside the tray and remove the old tray if it is still fitted.
- Place your SIM card (and microSD card if used) in the new tray, with the cut corner lined up.
- Slide the tray in straight, with the cards facing up, until it sits flush.
- Power on and check that the SIM is detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Nokia X20?
Yes, if Settings shows Nokia X20. It does not fit the Nokia X10.
Does it fit the Nokia X10?
No. The X10 looks very similar to the X20, but this part is sold for the X20 only. Check your model in Settings › About phone before ordering.
Do I need to open the phone?
No. The tray slides in from the side. You only need a SIM eject pin. If the phone still shows No SIM with a new tray and a working SIM, the SIM reader may be damaged.
Is it made by Nokia?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality SIM tray made to fit the Nokia X20, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
