What this part is
The OnePlus 10 Pro loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the phone, next to the charging port. It plays ringtones, alerts, music, video sound and speakerphone calls. Water, dust and drops can damage it, so the sound becomes quiet, crackles or stops completely.
This is the complete loudspeaker unit. It is held in place with screws and connects without soldering. If there is still no sound after fitting, check the software settings and the charging port board.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About device. The device name should read OnePlus 10 Pro and the model number should be NE2210, NE2211, NE2213 or NE2215.
The 10 Pro has a curved 6.7-inch screen and a square camera module with three cameras and the Hasselblad name.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the OnePlus 10 Pro off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass to soften the adhesive, then lift it with a suction cup and plastic pick.
- Remove the screws and inner cover, then disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Remove the screws holding the loudspeaker at the bottom of the phone.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and fit the new one in the same position.
- Refit the screws and covers, then reconnect the battery.
- Power on and test ringtones, media sound and speakerphone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit my OnePlus 10 Pro?
Yes, if Settings shows OnePlus 10 Pro. It is listed for model NE2210, NE2211, NE2213, NE2215. It does not fit the OnePlus 10T.
Does it fit the OnePlus 10T?
No. The 10T is a different phone with a different internal layout. This part is for the 10 Pro only.
Will it fix sound on normal calls?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece speaker at the top. This loudspeaker is for ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by OnePlus?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the OnePlus 10 Pro, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The OnePlus 10 Pro has to be opened carefully with heat and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
