What this part is
On the OnePlus 10T the USB-C charging port sits at the bottom of the phone and is joined to the main board by a flex cable. Daily plugging in, pocket lint and drops wear the port out, and the phone stops charging reliably.
This part comes with the port already fitted, so no soldering is needed. The whole flex cable is swapped as one part. If the phone still does not charge with a new flex cable and a known good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

Is this the right part?

How to check your model
Open Settings › About device. The device name should read OnePlus 10T and the model number should be CPH2415, CPH2413 or CPH2417.
The 10T has a flat 6.7-inch screen and three rear cameras.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the OnePlus 10T off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass to soften the adhesive, then lift it with a suction cup and plastic pick.
- Remove the screws and inner cover, then disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Remove the lower cover and speaker if fitted, unplug the old charging port flex cable and unscrew it.
- Fit the new flex cable, reconnect its connectors and secure the screws.
- Refit the covers, reconnect the battery and close the phone.
- Power on and test charging and USB data with a known good cable.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my OnePlus 10T?
Yes, if Settings shows OnePlus 10T. It is listed for model CPH2415, CPH2413, CPH2417. It does not fit the OnePlus 10R.
Does it fit the OnePlus 10R?
No. The 10R is a different phone with a different internal layout. This part is for the 10T only.
Do I need to solder anything?
No. The port is already fitted to this flex cable. It connects with a plug-in connector and screws.
Is it made by OnePlus?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port flex cable made to fit the OnePlus 10T, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The OnePlus 10T has to be opened carefully with heat and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
