The rear cameras on the OnePlus 11 5G sit behind protective glass in the camera module on the back. This glass is easily cracked in a drop, which causes blurry, hazy or flared photos and lets dust and moisture reach the cameras.
This part replaces the camera lens glass. Only the glass is changed; the cameras stay in place. If photos are still faulty after fitting, a camera module may be damaged. Check the photos for adhesive; if none is shown, use new adhesive for a secure fit.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About device. The device name should read OnePlus 11 5G and the model number should be CPH2449, CPH2447 or CPH2451.

- Power the OnePlus 11 5G off.
- Warm the camera area gently to soften the adhesive under the old lens glass.
- Remove the broken glass carefully with a plastic pick, taking care not to scratch the cameras.
- Clean away all old adhesive and glass fragments, then blow off any dust.
- Fit the new lens with adhesive and press evenly until it is secure.
- Power on and test every rear camera.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
