What this part is
The OnePlus 11R loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the phone, next to the charging port. It plays ringtones, alerts, music, video sound and speakerphone calls. Water, dust and drops can damage it, so the sound becomes quiet, crackles or stops completely.
This is the complete loudspeaker unit. It is held in place with screws and connects without soldering. If there is still no sound after fitting, check the software settings and the charging port board.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About device. The device name should read OnePlus 11R and the model number should be CPH2487.
The 11R has a round camera module without the Hasselblad name. The OnePlus 11 5G has the Hasselblad name on its camera module.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the OnePlus 11R off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the back cover carefully with a plastic pick, working around the edges.
- Remove the screws and inner cover, then disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Remove the screws holding the loudspeaker at the bottom of the phone.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and fit the new one in the same position.
- Refit the screws and covers, then reconnect the battery.
- Power on and test ringtones, media sound and speakerphone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my OnePlus 11R?
Yes, if Settings shows OnePlus 11R. It is listed for model CPH2487. It does not fit the OnePlus 11 5G.
Does it fit the OnePlus 11 5G?
No. The OnePlus 11 5G is a different phone with a different internal layout. This part is for the 11R only.
Will it fix sound on normal calls?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece speaker at the top. This loudspeaker is for ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by OnePlus?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the OnePlus 11R, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The OnePlus 11R has to be opened carefully and plastic tools, and the battery must be disconnected before the new part is connected.
