What this part is
The OnePlus 11R SIM tray slides into the side of the phone and holds two nano-SIM slots. Trays are easily lost when changing SIM cards, or bent when pulled out at an angle. A bent tray can stop the SIM being read and can damage the reader inside.
This tray is made to the OnePlus 11R shape, so it sits flush with the frame. It is available in Black and Silver. Colours in photos can look slightly different from real life. No tools are needed apart from a SIM eject pin.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About device. The device name should read OnePlus 11R and the model number should be CPH2487.
The 11R has a round camera module without the Hasselblad name. The OnePlus 11 5G has the Hasselblad name on its camera module.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the OnePlus 11R off.
- Push a SIM eject pin into the small hole beside the tray and remove the old tray if it is still fitted.
- Place your SIM card or cards in the new tray, with the cut corner lined up.
- Slide the tray in straight, with the cards facing up, until it sits flush.
- Power on and check that the SIM is detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Do I need to open the phone?
No. The tray slides in from the side. You only need a SIM eject pin. If the phone still shows No SIM with a new tray and a working SIM, the SIM reader may be damaged.
