The OnePlus 5 SIM tray slides into the edge of the frame and holds your SIM cards in the right place against the reader. A bent or broken tray can stop the phone reading a SIM, or leave a gap in the frame.
The OnePlus 5 is a dual nano-SIM phone, and this tray is made for that slot. It is finished in Slate Grey. Fitting it needs only the eject pin. If the phone still shows no SIM with a new tray, the SIM reader inside may be damaged, and that is a separate repair.

- Power the phone off.
- Push the eject pin into the small hole beside the tray on your OnePlus 5 and pull the old tray out.
- Place your nano-SIM cards in the new tray with the cut corners matching the tray shape.
- Slide the tray in the right way up and push gently until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the phone shows your network on each SIM.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
