What this part is
The OnePlus 7 Pro loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone audio. Water, dust or a drop can leave it quiet, rattling or completely silent.
Before replacing it, check the speaker grille is clean and the phone is not in silent mode or connected to Bluetooth. If sound is still poor, this module replaces the speaker unit.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads OnePlus 7 Pro, not OnePlus 7. The model number (GM1913, GM1917) is shown in the same menu and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the OnePlus 7 Pro off and open the back cover.
- Disconnect the battery before removing any other parts.
- Remove the screws and covers over the bottom of the phone, then lift out the old speaker.
- Fit the new speaker, making sure any gasket sits flat.
- Reconnect the battery and test ringtone, media and speakerphone before closing.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
