What this part is
The OnePlus 7 Pro has a power button on the right side and volume buttons on the left. The outer keys can crack, fall out or stick after a drop, even when the switch underneath still works.
These are the external buttons only. If a button presses normally but the phone does not respond, the fault is usually in the flex cable behind it, which is a different part. Choose the colour that matches your frame.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads OnePlus 7 Pro, not OnePlus 7. The model number (GM1913, GM1917) is shown in the same menu and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.

- Power the phone off and open it carefully from the back.
- Disconnect the battery before removing any other parts.
- Remove the parts that hold the buttons in the frame and take out the old keys.
- Fit the new keys so they sit flush and press freely.
- Reassemble, power on and test the power and volume buttons.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
