What this part is
The loudspeaker in the OnePlus 9 Pro plays ringtones, alerts, media and speakerphone calls. Water, dust or a drop can damage it, so sound becomes quiet, rattly or stops completely.
This part replaces the loudspeaker unit. It does not replace the earpiece speaker used for normal calls. Before you order, clean the speaker grille gently and check the volume and Do Not Disturb settings. If there is still no sound from the speaker with a new part fitted, the fault may be on the main board.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads OnePlus 9 Pro, not OnePlus 9. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the phone following the correct method for this model.
- Disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Unscrew and remove the old loudspeaker, noting its position.
- Fit the new loudspeaker and reconnect the battery.
- Test ringtones, media and speakerphone before closing the phone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my 9 Pro?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows OnePlus 9 Pro. It does not fit the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9R or OnePlus 9RT.
Does it fit the OnePlus 9?
No. The OnePlus 9 is a different phone and uses a different part. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Does this fix call sound from the earpiece?
No. This is the loudspeaker used for ringtones, media and speakerphone. The earpiece speaker at the top of the screen is a separate part.
Is it made by OnePlus?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the OnePlus 9 Pro, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The 9 Pro must be opened and the battery disconnected safely before the speaker is changed.
