What this part is
The power and volume buttons on the OnePlus Nord N100 press small switches on a thin flex cable inside the frame. The cable connects to the main board. Wear, a drop or liquid can break a switch or the cable, so a button stops working even when the outer key looks fine.
This part replaces the internal flex cable with its switches. It does not include the outer keys, which are reused. If a button still does not work with a new flex fitted, the connector on the main board may be damaged.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads OnePlus Nord N100, not OnePlus Nord N10 5G. The model code is also shown there and on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Open the phone following the correct method for this model.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the old flex cable from the side of the frame, noting how it is routed.
- Fit the new flex cable, line up the switches with the keys and reconnect it.
- Reconnect the battery and test every button before closing the phone.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Nord N100?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows OnePlus Nord N100. It does not fit the OnePlus Nord N10 5G, OnePlus Nord or OnePlus Nord N20.
Does it fit the OnePlus Nord N10 5G?
No. The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is a different phone and uses a different part. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Does this include the outer buttons?
No. This is the internal flex cable with the switches. Your existing outer keys are reused.
Is it made by OnePlus?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality power and volume button flex cable made to fit the OnePlus Nord N100, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Nord N100 must be opened, the battery disconnected safely and the part handled carefully.
