What this part is
The OPPO Find X2 Neo loudspeaker sits at the bottom of the phone and plays ringtones, alerts, music and speakerphone calls. Water, dust or a drop can damage it, and the sound becomes quiet, rattly or stops completely.
This part is the loudspeaker (ringer and buzzer) only, not the earpiece you hold to your ear on calls. Before ordering, check the sound settings and clean the speaker grille gently. If there is still no sound from any app, the speaker is the likely fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads OPPO Find X2 Neo. The model number is shown there too. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Remove the back cover and the screws holding the lower panel.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other part.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and fit the new one in the same position, making sure the contacts line up.
- Reconnect the battery and play a ringtone and music to test before closing.
- Refit the panel, screws and back cover.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Is this the earpiece speaker for calls?
No. This is the bottom loudspeaker for ringtones, media and speakerphone. The earpiece at the top of the screen is a separate part.

No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the OPPO Find X2 Neo, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back cover has to be removed carefully, the battery must be disconnected first, and small flex cables are easy to damage.
