What this part is
The charging port on the OPPO Reno15 Pro wears with daily plugging in, and lint, moisture or a bent cable can damage the pins. When that happens the phone may stop charging, charge only when the cable is held, or not be seen by a computer.
This part is the charging port board. The board also carries parts of the charging circuit, so the whole board is replaced as one piece. It comes with the charging IC fitted and supports fast charging, as listed by the supplier. If the phone still will not charge with a new port and a good cable, the battery or main board may be at fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone (called About device on some versions) and check the model name reads Reno15 Pro, not Reno15. The model code CPH2813 is also printed on the box. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Remove the back cover (warm it first if it is glued) and open the phone carefully.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the covers over the charging board, then disconnect and remove the old part.
- Fit the new board, reconnect all flex cables and the battery.
- Test charging, the microphone and a data connection before closing.
- Refit the covers and back cover, then run a final check.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Reno15 Pro?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Reno15 Pro (model CPH2813). It does not fit the Reno15 or Reno14 Pro.
Does it fit the Reno15?
No. The Reno15 is a different phone and uses different parts. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Does it support fast charging?
Yes. The supplier lists this board with the charging IC fitted and support for fast charging. Use your phone's own charger and cable for the full charging speed.
Is it made by OPPO?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board with IC made to fit the OPPO Reno15 Pro, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Reno15 Pro has to be opened, the battery disconnected safely and several small flex cables reconnected.
