What this part is
The Galaxy A52 5G has a 6.5-inch screen with a punch-hole front camera. Its glass, touch layer and display are bonded together, so a crack or a black, striped or unresponsive picture means the whole assembly needs replacing.
This version comes fitted to a new mid-frame for the 5G model. The technician moves the internal parts into the new frame, which avoids prising off the old screen. It uses an LCD panel, and the A52 5G fingerprint sensor under the display usually does not work through an LCD. Face recognition, PIN and pattern unlock still work.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A52 5G. The model number should start SM-A526.
The Galaxy A52 4G (SM-A525) and Galaxy A52s 5G (SM-A528) look almost the same but use different frames.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, remove the SIM tray and warm the back cover to lift it off.
- Remove the screws and covers, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Move the battery, main board, charging port board, cameras and small parts into the new frame.
- Connect the new screen and test display, touch and brightness before closing.
- Refit the covers, screws and back cover with fresh adhesive, and press evenly.
- Run a final check: display, touch, calls, speakers, cameras, fingerprint and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. This framed assembly is for the 5G model (SM-A526). The Galaxy A52 4G (SM-A525) has its own framed screen.
Will the in-screen fingerprint sensor work?
It may not. The A52 5G fingerprint sensor sits under the display and is designed for an AMOLED screen. LCD replacements usually block it, but face recognition, PIN and pattern unlock still work.
Is it made by Samsung?
