What this part is
The power key on the Realme 7 5G sits on the right-hand side of the phone and presses against a small switch on a thin flex cable inside the frame. Over time the switch wears out, or the flex tears or corrodes after a drop or liquid damage, and the power button stops working.
The Realme 7 was sold in separate 4G and 5G versions, and this flex is listed for the 5G version, model RMX2111. Check your model number and compare your old flex with the photos before you order. This part replaces the internal flex only, not the outer key.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Realme 7 5G and the model number is RMX2111. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Realme 7 4G is a different phone. This flex is listed for the 5G version only.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges if needed and lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner cover, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Unclip the old power button flex from the side of the frame and unplug it.
- Fit the new flex in the same position, reconnect it and the battery, and test every button before closing.
- Refit the inner cover and screws, then refit the back cover with new adhesive if needed.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Realme 7?
Only if it is the 5G version. Settings › About phone should show Realme 7 5G, model RMX2111. It is not listed for the Realme 7 4G, Realme 7 Pro or Realme 6.

No, it is not listed for the Realme 7 Pro. The Realme 7 Pro is a different phone with a different layout. Check the model number in Settings › About phone before you order.
Will it fix a broken button cap?
No. This part is the internal flex with the switches. If the outer plastic or metal key is cracked or missing, that needs replacing separately.

Should I fit it myself?
