How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy A05s, not Galaxy A05 or Galaxy A06. The model number is shown there too and starts SM-. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole beside the tray and press gently.
- Pull out the old tray, or remove any broken pieces from the slot carefully.
- Place your Nano SIM cards and Micro SD card in the new tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in straight until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power the phone on and check the SIM and memory card are detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
