What this part is
On the Samsung Galaxy A25 the USB-C charging port is mounted on a small sub-board at the bottom of the phone. The board connects to the main board with a flex cable. A worn or bent port, corrosion or a damaged board can stop the phone charging or connecting to a computer.
This part replaces the whole charging board. On many Galaxy A models this board also carries the main microphone, so check calls after fitting. Try a known-good cable and charger first, and clean lint out of the port, before replacing it.

Is this the right part?

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A25 and the model number should start SM-A256, not Galaxy A24. Samsung model numbers start SM-.
The Galaxy A25 5G (SM-A256B) is a different phone from the Galaxy A24 and the Galaxy A15.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges gently and lift the back cover off with a thin pick.
- Remove the screws and inner cover, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the bottom inner cover, unplug the flex cables and lift the old charging board out.
- Fit the new board, reconnect the flex cables and the battery, then test charging and the microphone.
- Refit the covers and screws, then fit the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A25?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A25 (model SM-A256B). It is not listed for the Galaxy A24 or Galaxy A15.
Does it fit the Galaxy A24?
No. The Galaxy A25 5G (SM-A256B) is a different phone from the Galaxy A24 and the Galaxy A15. Check Settings › About phone before you order.
Should I try a new cable first?
Yes. Try a known-good USB-C cable and charger, and gently clean lint out of the port. If it still will not charge, the charging board is the likely fault.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality part made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A25, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Galaxy A25 has to be opened with heat and a pick, the battery must be disconnected safely, and the flex cables are thin and easy to tear.
