The loudspeaker on the Galaxy A37 sits at the bottom of the phone, next to the charging port. It plays ringtones, alarms, media and speakerphone calls. Liquid, dust and drops are the common causes of a crackling or silent speaker.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A37 and the model number should start SM-A376. It must not be the Galaxy A36 or Galaxy A57.
Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover edges and lift it off carefully with a thin pick.
- Remove the screws and plastic cover plate, then disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws holding the loudspeaker module at the bottom of the phone.
- Lift out the old loudspeaker and fit the new one in the same position.
- Refit the screws, reconnect the battery and test ringtone, media and speakerphone before closing.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A37?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A37 (model number starting SM-A376). It does not fit the Galaxy A36 or Galaxy A57.
Does it fit the Galaxy A36?
No. The Galaxy A36 is a different phone and its parts are not the same. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Does this fix call audio?
It fixes speakerphone, ringtones and media sound. If you cannot hear callers with the phone at your ear, that is the earpiece speaker at the top, which is a separate part.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A37, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Galaxy A37 back cover needs heat and new adhesive, and the battery must be disconnected safely.
