What this part is
The Galaxy A50 tray slides into the side of the phone and holds your SIM card and a microSD memory card. A bent or cracked tray can stop the phone reading the SIM, leave a gap in the frame or let dust into the slot.
This tray is shaped for the Galaxy A50 slot, so it sits flush with the frame. Samsung also used the same tray design on the Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A30, as listed by our supplier, but check the photos against your old tray. Fitting takes seconds: push the ejector pin into the small hole, pull the old tray out and slide the new one in.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy A50 and the model number should start SM-A505F. It must not be the Galaxy A50s or Galaxy A51.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole next to the slot and pull out the old tray, or any broken pieces.
- Place your SIM card and microSD card in the new tray, gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in, the right way up, until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check the phone shows your network and the memory card.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A50?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A50 (model SM-A505F). It does not fit the Galaxy A50s or Galaxy A51.
Does it fit the Galaxy A50s?
No. The Galaxy A50s is a different phone and its parts are not the same. Check the model name in Settings › About phone before you order.
Does it also fit the Galaxy A30?
Our supplier lists this tray for the Galaxy A20, A30 and A50. Compare the photos with your old tray before ordering.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality sim card tray made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A50, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
Yes, this is an easy part to fit. You only need a SIM ejector pin, and the phone does not need to be opened. Power the phone off first.
