What this part is
The Galaxy A57's power and volume keys work through switch contacts on a slim internal flex cable, which connects to the main board. A knock on the edge, liquid or heavy daily use can stop these contacts working.
This part is that internal cable. Fit it when the keys move but the phone does not respond, or when it behaves as if a key is held down.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model number should read SM-A576B (Galaxy A57).
The Galaxy A56 (SM-A566B) is a different phone with its own flex cable.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Switch off the phone and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back and lift it away carefully.
- Remove the internal cover and disconnect the battery.
- Unplug the worn button flex and lift it from the frame.
- Place the new flex behind the keys and plug it in.
- Reconnect the battery, check each key and close with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Galaxy A56?
No. The A56 (SM-A566B) needs its own side key flex cable.
Should I try anything before replacing the cable?
Restart the phone and remove any tight case that could press the keys. If a key still fails, or the phone acts as if it is held down, the flex cable is the likely cause.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality flex cable made to fit the Galaxy A57, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The phone must be opened with heat, and the battery must be disconnected first.
