How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy A70. The model number should start SM-A705. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover evenly to soften the adhesive, then lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner panel, then disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Peel the old button flex away from the frame and fit the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test power, volume up and volume down.
- Refit the inner panel and screws, then seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A70?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A70 (model SM-A705). It does not fit the Galaxy A71, A50 or A70s.
Does it fit the Galaxy A50?
No. The Galaxy A50 has a different frame and flex. Only order this for the Galaxy A70.
Does it include the outer button caps?
Check the photos. This part is the flex cable with the switches. Your existing button caps usually stay in the frame.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality button flex cable made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A70, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The glass back cover is glued in place and needs gentle heat, the battery must be disconnected first, and the small flex connectors are easy to damage.
