What this part is
On the Samsung Galaxy A71, the USB-C socket sits on a small board at the bottom of the phone. This board comes with its charging IC fitted, which is needed for fast charging to work normally. Everyday use, fluff and moisture wear the socket over time.
Before ordering, try a different cable and plug and clean the port gently. If charging is still faulty, a new board gives you a fresh socket.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy A71. The model number should start SM-A715F. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover evenly to soften the adhesive, then lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner panel, then disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the lower speaker assembly, unplug the charging board flex and lift the old board out.
- Fit the new board, reconnect the battery and test charging, fast charging and data.
- Refit the parts and screws, then seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A71?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A71 (model SM-A715F). It does not fit the Galaxy A71 5G or A72.
Does it fit the Galaxy A71 5G?
No. The Galaxy A71 5G (SM-A716) uses a different board. This one is for the SM-A715F.
What does 'with IC' mean?
The small charging chip is already fitted to the board. Boards without it may charge slowly or not fast charge at all.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality charging port board made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A71, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The glass back cover is glued in place and needs gentle heat, the battery must be disconnected first, and the small flex connectors are easy to damage.
