What this part is
The side buttons on the Samsung Galaxy A80 are small outer caps that press on switches inside the frame. A cap can be lost after a drop, or wear and bend so it no longer presses cleanly.
This part is the outer button set, listed by the supplier as the power button and volume control button. It does not replace the switch flex cable inside. If the buttons feel fine but do nothing, the flex cable is more likely the fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy A80. The model number should start SM-A805F. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover evenly to soften the adhesive, then lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner panel, then disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the old button caps from inside the frame and fit the new ones in the same slots.
- Reconnect the battery and test power, volume up and volume down.
- Refit the inner parts and seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy A80?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy A80 (model SM-A805F). It does not fit the Galaxy A90 5G, A70 or A71.
Does it fit the Galaxy A90 5G?
No. Only order these for the Galaxy A80. The A90 5G has its own button set.
My buttons feel fine but do nothing. Is this the right part?
Probably not. These are the outer caps. Dead buttons with a normal click usually mean the switch flex cable inside needs replacing.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality side button set made to fit the Samsung Galaxy A80, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
