What this part is
The Galaxy Note 10+ has its power (side) key and volume keys on the left side of the frame. The outer keys sit in the frame and press against a flex cable inside. After a drop the keys can bend, stick, rattle or fall out.
This set is the outer buttons only. If the buttons are in place and feel fine but nothing happens when you press them, the fault is more likely the flex cable inside, which is a different part. Choose the colour that matches your frame.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy Note 10+. The model number should start SM-N975. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Galaxy Note 10+ has a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen and three rear cameras plus a depth sensor.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover evenly to soften the adhesive, then lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner panel, then disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the parts covering the button area and push the old keys out of the frame from inside.
- Fit the new keys into the frame, check they click freely, then reconnect the battery and test.
- Refit the inner parts and screws, then seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy Note 10+?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy Note 10+ (model SM-N975F). It does not fit the Galaxy Note 10, Note 10 Lite, Note 20.
Does it fit the Galaxy Note 10?
No. The standard Note 10 is smaller (6.3-inch screen) and uses different parts. Only order this for the Galaxy Note 10+.
The button is there but does nothing. Will this fix it?
Probably not. These are the outer keys only. If the key moves and clicks but the phone does not respond, the button flex cable inside is the more likely fault.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality set of power and volume buttons made to fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The keys are fitted from inside the frame, so the glass back cover must be heated and removed and the battery disconnected first.
