The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ holds your SIM card in a small tray that slides into the side of the phone. A bent or cracked tray may not sit flush, can stop the phone reading the SIM, and can let dust into the slot.

Open Settings › About phone and check the model name reads Galaxy Note 10+. The model number should start SM-N975. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM tool into the small hole next to the tray and pull out the old tray.
- Place your SIM card in the new tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in until it sits flush, then power on and check signal.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy Note 10+ (model SM-N975F). It does not fit the Galaxy Note 10, Note 10 Lite, Note 20.
Does it fit the Galaxy Note 10?
No. The standard Note 10 is smaller (6.3-inch screen) and uses different parts. Only order this for the Galaxy Note 10+.
Will a new tray fix “No SIM” errors?
Only if the old tray was bent or loose. If the tray is fine and the SIM still is not read, try another SIM first, then have the SIM reader checked.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality SIM card tray made to fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
Yes. A SIM tray needs no tools apart from a SIM pin and no heat. Just make sure the card sits flat before sliding it in.
