These are the outer power and volume keys for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. They sit in the right side of the frame and press on the switches inside. If a key is lost, bent or stuck, a new set restores a firm press.
If the keys press normally but the phone does not respond, the fault is more likely the button flex cable inside. Pick the colour that matches your phone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and the model number should start SM-N985 or SM-N986. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a curved 6.9-inch screen and a large camera block with three cameras and a laser focus sensor. The standard Note 20 has a flat 6.7-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Disconnect the battery and move aside any parts blocking the side of the frame.
- Remove the old keys and fit the new keys into the frame.
- Reconnect the battery and check each key clicks and works.
- Refit any parts and seal the back cover with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Note 20 Ultra?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (model SM-N985F or SM-N986B). It does not fit the Galaxy Note 20, Note 10+, S20 Ultra, S21 Ultra.
Does it fit the Galaxy Note 20?
No. The standard Note 20 has a flat screen, a plastic back and a different internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra only.
Will new keys fix a button that does nothing?
Only if the old key is damaged or missing. If the key presses normally but the phone does not respond, the button flex cable inside is the likely fault.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality power and volume buttons made to fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The Note 20 Ultra back cover is glued on and needs heat to remove, and the battery must be disconnected first.
