This is the SIM card and microSD card tray for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. It slides into the top edge of the phone. A bent or broken tray can stop the SIM being read, or jam in the slot.
No tools or heat are needed. Push the SIM tool into the small hole to eject the old tray, fit your cards in the new one and slide it in. Pick the colour that matches your phone.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy Note 9 and the model number should start SM-N960. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Galaxy Note 9 has a curved 6.4-inch screen, two rear cameras side by side and the fingerprint sensor below the cameras. The Note 8 has its fingerprint sensor next to the cameras.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM eject tool into the small hole beside the tray.
- Pull the old tray out and remove your SIM and microSD cards.
- Place the cards in the new tray, contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check the phone reads the SIM and card.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Note 9?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy Note 9 (model SM-N960F). It does not fit the Galaxy Note 8, Note 10, S9+.
Does it fit the Galaxy Note 8?
No. The Note 8 looks similar but has a different internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy Note 9 only.
Do I need to open the phone?
No. The tray slides out from the top edge with a SIM eject tool. No heat or screwdriver is needed.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality SIM and microSD card tray made to fit the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
