Inside the Galaxy S20+, a thin signal flex cable links the main board to the antenna. If it is pinched, torn or left unplugged after a repair, the phone can show weak signal, drop calls or lose service altogether.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy S20+ and the model number should be SM-G985F and SM-G986B (UK models start SM-). Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass edges and lift it off carefully with a thin pick.
- Remove the screws and the inner cover over the main board, then disconnect the battery.
- Unplug the old signal flex cable at both ends, route the new cable the same way and press each connector home.
- Reconnect the battery and test signal, calls and mobile data before closing.
- Refit the inner cover and screws, apply new back adhesive and press the back glass on evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Samsung Galaxy S20+ (SM-G985F and SM-G986B). It does not fit the Galaxy S20, S20 Ultra or S21+.

No. This cable is listed for the Galaxy S20+ only.
Will this fix a phone that says No SIM?
Not usually. A No SIM message points to the SIM card, the SIM reader or the board. This cable affects signal strength.
