How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy S20 and the model number should start SM-G980 or SM-G981. Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
The Galaxy S20 has a 6.2-inch screen and three rear cameras. The S20+ is larger at 6.7 inches, and the S20 FE has a flat 6.5-inch screen.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back cover to soften the adhesive and lift it off carefully.
- Remove the screws and inner panels, then disconnect the battery.
- Unplug the old signal cable from both ends and remove it.
- Fit the new cable in the same route and press each end firmly home.
- Reconnect the battery, test signal and calls, then seal the back cover.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my S20?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S20 (model SM-G980F or SM-G981B). It does not fit the Galaxy S20+, S20 Ultra, S20 FE, S21.
Does it fit the Galaxy S20 FE?
No. The S20 FE is a different phone with a flat screen and a different internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy S20 only.
How do I know the cable is the fault?
If your SIM works in another phone and signal dropped after a knock or repair, the cable may be damaged or unplugged. A technician can check it once the back is off.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality signal antenna flex cable made to fit the Samsung Galaxy S20, and it is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The S20 back cover is glued on and needs heat to remove, and the battery must be disconnected first.
