What this part is
The Galaxy S23 FE has its side key and volume keys on the right edge. Inside the frame, a thin flex cable holds a small switch behind each key and links them to the motherboard. Bending, drops and liquid can crack the flex or its switches.
Before you order, check the buttons are not simply blocked by a tight case or dirt, and restart the phone to rule out a software glitch. If a key still does not click or respond, the flex is the usual cause. If a button cap itself is broken or missing, it is a separate part and is not included.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S23 FE, and the model number should start SM-S711B. The model number is also printed on the phone's box.
The Galaxy S23 FE has a 6.4-inch flat screen and three rear cameras. The S21 FE looks similar, so always check the model code.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass off and remove the covers over the motherboard.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Unplug the side key flex, peel it gently from the inside of the frame and lift it out.
- Place the new flex with the switches lined up behind the buttons, then reconnect it and the battery.
- Test power and both volume keys, then refit the covers and seal the back glass.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. The metal button caps are separate parts and are not included. This flex fixes keys that are still in place but do not respond.
