What this part is
On the Galaxy S23 and S23+, the side key and volume keys are on the right edge. A thin flex cable inside the frame holds a small switch behind each button and links them to the motherboard. The same flex fits both models.
Before you order, check the buttons are not simply blocked by a tight case or dirt, and restart the phone to rule out a software glitch. If a key still does not click or respond, the flex is the usual cause. If a button cap itself is broken or missing, it is a separate part and is not included.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S23 or Galaxy S23+, and the model number should start SM-S911B or SM-S916B.
The S23 has a 6.1-inch screen and the S23+ a 6.6-inch screen. The S23 Ultra has a built-in S Pen and uses a different flex.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and warm the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass off and remove the covers over the motherboard.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Unplug the side key flex, peel it gently from the inside of the frame and lift it out.
- Place the new flex with the switches lined up behind the buttons, then reconnect it and the battery.
- Test power and both volume keys, then refit the covers and seal the back glass.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S23 or S23+?
Yes. It fits the Galaxy S23 (SM-S911B) and S23+ (SM-S916B). Check the model number in Settings › About phone.
Does it fit the Galaxy S23 Ultra?
No. The Galaxy S23 Ultra (SM-S918B) uses a different side key flex.
Will this fix a button that is physically broken?
No. The metal button caps are separate parts and are not included. This flex fixes keys that are still in place but do not respond.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality power and volume button flex cable made to fit the Galaxy S23 / S23+, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back glass is glued on and needs heat, and the flex is thin and tears easily if pulled.
