What this part is
The main flex in the Galaxy S24 Ultra runs along the inside of the phone and connects the motherboard to the sub-board at the bottom, which carries the charging port. Signals for charging, sound and signal pass through it. A drop, a previous repair or liquid can tear or corrode it.
A faulty main flex can cause several faults at once, such as no charging, no microphone and weak signal. It is a common part to replace when the charging port board alone did not fix the problem. Compare the connectors with the photos before fitting.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S24 Ultra and the model number should start SM-S928.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, then warm the back glass and lift it with a suction cup and a thin pick.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the covers over the motherboard and sub-board, then unplug both ends of the old flex.
- Route the new flex exactly as the old one and press each connector home.
- Test charging, sound, microphone and signal before closing the phone.
- Apply new adhesive, refit the back glass and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S24 Ultra with model number SM-S928B. It does not fit the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Ultra or Galaxy S24+.
Does it fit the Galaxy S23 Ultra?
No. The Galaxy S23 Ultra looks similar but has a different frame and internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy S24 Ultra only.
How do I know the main flex is the fault?
If several bottom-of-phone functions fail together, such as charging and the microphone, or a new charging port did not help, the main flex is a likely cause. A technician can confirm this when the phone is open.
