The side keys on the Galaxy S24 Ultra press against a thin flex cable inside the frame. The power (side) key and the volume keys share this one cable. If the phone was dropped on its edge, got wet or has had heavy use, the switches or the cable can fail, and the keys stop working or work only some of the time.
A new flex restores a firm click and a reliable response. Before you buy, restart the phone and check for software updates, as a stuck key can sometimes be a software fault. If a key still does nothing, or the phone keeps restarting or taking screenshots on its own, the flex is the likely cause.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S24 Ultra and the model number should start SM-S928.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, then warm the back glass and lift it with a suction cup and a thin pick.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the parts covering the side key area, then free the old flex from the frame.
- Fit the new flex in the same position and reconnect it.
- Test the power key and both volume keys before closing the phone.
- Apply new adhesive, refit the back glass and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S24 Ultra?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S24 Ultra with model number SM-S928B. It does not fit the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Ultra or Galaxy S24+.
Does it fit the Galaxy S23 Ultra?
No. The Galaxy S23 Ultra looks similar but has a different frame and internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy S24 Ultra only.
Will this fix a key that is stuck down?
Only if the switch on the flex is faulty. If the metal key itself is bent or jammed in the frame, the key cap or frame also needs attention. A technician can check this when the phone is open.
Is it made by Samsung?
