The charging port on the Galaxy S25 FE is fitted to a small board, so the whole board is replaced rather than the socket alone. Repeated plugging in, pocket lint and liquid can wear the socket until the cable feels loose, charging only works at an angle, or the device stops charging.
Before buying, try a different cable and charger, and gently clear any lint from the port with a wooden or plastic pick. If it still will not charge, this board is the usual fix. This is the EU version of the board, which suits UK phones (SM-S731B).

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S25 FE, and the model number starts SM-. This part is made for the SM-S731B.
The Galaxy S25 FE is a different phone from the Galaxy S24 FE, even though they look alike. Always check the model number.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, warm the back glass edges and lift the rear cover carefully.
- Disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws and any parts covering the charging port board.
- Unplug the board's flex connectors and lift out the old board.
- Fit the new board, reconnect all flex cables and reconnect the battery.
- Test charging and data before closing, then refit the back cover with new adhesive and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S25 FE?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S25 FE and the model number is SM-S731B. It does not fit the Galaxy S25 or Galaxy S25+.
Does it fit the Galaxy S24 FE?
No. The Galaxy S24 FE uses a different charging port board. This part is made only for the Galaxy S25 FE.
Could the battery be the problem instead?
It can be. If the device charges normally with a firm cable but drains quickly, the battery is the likely cause. If the cable is loose, only works at an angle, or nothing happens at all, the charging port board is more likely.
