What this part is
The side key and volume buttons on the Samsung Galaxy S25 press on small switches mounted on a thin flex cable. If the phone has been dropped, bent or exposed to moisture, one or more switches can fail, or the cable can crack. The buttons then feel normal but nothing happens, or they respond only when pressed hard.
This replacement flex cable restores the switches for power, lock and volume. The phone has to be opened from the back to reach it, so the job needs heat, the right tools and new adhesive. The outer button caps are part of the frame and are not included.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S25 and the model number should be SM-S931B. The model number is also printed on the box.
The Galaxy S25 has a 6.2-inch screen and three rear cameras. The Galaxy S25+ looks similar but is larger, with a 6.7-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Galaxy S25 off, remove the SIM tray and warm the edges of the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass, remove the screws and covers, and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Lift out the parts that cover the button flex and carefully peel the old flex from the frame.
- Fit the new flex so each switch lines up with its button, reconnect the battery and test every button before sealing.
- Refit the covers and screws, apply new adhesive and press the back glass down evenly while it cures.
- Run a final check on the Galaxy S25: calls, signal, speakers, buttons, cameras and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S25?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows model number SM-S931B. It does not fit the Galaxy S25+, S25 Ultra, S25 Edge, S25 FE or any other model.
Does it fit the Galaxy S25+?
No. The Galaxy S25+ (SM-S936B) is a larger phone with different internal parts. This part is for the standard Galaxy S25 (SM-S931B) only.
Will this fix a button that is loose or missing?
No. This part replaces the switches and cable behind the buttons. The outer button caps are part of the frame. If a cap is missing or bent, the frame needs repair as well.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality power and volume button flex cable made to fit the Galaxy S25, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
