The SIM and microSD card tray on the Galaxy Tab A11 slides into the edge of the tablet and holds a nano-SIM and a microSD card. It also helps seal the slot. A bent or cracked tray can stop the SIM from being read, and a missing tray leaves the slot open to dust and moisture.
This is a simple swap: push the ejector pin into the small hole to release the old tray, then slide the new one in. No heat or disassembly is needed.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About tablet. The model name should read Galaxy Tab A11, and the model number should be SM-X135. The model number is also printed on the back of the tablet.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the device off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole next to the tray and pull out the old tray or any broken pieces.
- Place your card(s) in the new tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in the right way round until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the SIM is detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. The Galaxy Tab A9 uses a different SIM and microSD card tray. This part is made only for the Galaxy Tab A11.
Do I need any tools?
Only a SIM ejector pin or a straightened paper clip. The tray slides in by hand. If a broken piece is stuck in the slot, ask a repair shop to remove it.
