What this part is
The micro sd card tray holds your micro SD memory card in the side of the Galaxy Tab A9+. A bent or missing tray can leave a gap in the edge, let dust in, or stop the card being read.
This tray slides into the existing slot. Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray to release the old one. Choose the colour that matches your tablet frame.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About tablet. The name should read Galaxy Tab A9+ and the model number should be SM-X210 (UK models start SM-). Compare your old part with the photos before fitting.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the tablet off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray and pull the old tray out.
- Place your card in the new tray, gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray back in, the right way round, until it sits flush.
- Power on and check the card is detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

No. The Galaxy Tab A9 uses a different part. This one is for the Galaxy Tab A9+ only.
Does it hold a SIM card?
No. This tray holds a micro SD memory card only. Wi-Fi models of this tablet do not use a SIM card.
