What this part is
The loudspeaker in the S10 5G sits at the bottom of the phone next to the charging port. Water, dust or a drop can damage the speaker cone, so sound becomes muffled, rattles or stops completely.
This part replaces the loudspeaker module. It does not affect the earpiece you hold to your ear on normal calls. Before ordering, clean the speaker grille and check sound in Safe mode; if it is still bad, the speaker is the likely fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S10 5G. The model number starts SM-G977B.
The S10 5G has a 6.7-inch screen and a 3D depth camera on the back. It is not the same as the S10+.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power off the phone and remove the SIM tray.
- Heat the back cover edges and remove the back cover.
- Unscrew the lower cover and disconnect the battery.
- Remove the old loudspeaker and seat the new one in the same position.
- Reconnect the battery and test ringtone, media and speakerphone.
- Refit the covers and seal the back with new adhesive.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Galaxy S10+ or S10?
No. The S10 5G is a larger phone with a different internal layout. It needs its own loudspeaker.
Will it fix sound on normal calls?
Only if the problem is on speakerphone. Normal calls use the earpiece at the top, which is a separate part.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker module made to fit the Galaxy S10 5G, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
