How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S10+. The model number starts SM-G975.
Dual SIM phones show two SIM slots under Settings › Connections › SIM manager. The S10+ has two front cameras in a wide punch hole.

- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Move your SIM card(s) and any microSD card to the new tray.
- Slide the tray in the right way up and push until it sits flush with the frame.
