What this part is
The Galaxy S21 5G charges through a USB-C port on a small board at the bottom of the phone. A flex cable connects it to the main board. Over time the port wears, collects lint or corrodes, and charging becomes unreliable.
This board replaces the port as one assembly, with no soldering. This is the EU version, listed for the UK and European SM-G991B. Try another cable and charger first, and clean the port gently with a non-metal tool.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The Model name should read Galaxy S21 5G. The Model number should read SM-G991B.
The Galaxy S21 has a 6.2-inch flat screen and three rear cameras. The S21+ is larger, with a 6.7-inch screen.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Galaxy S21 5G off and warm the edges of the back cover to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back cover carefully and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the screws and the loudspeaker cover to reach the charging port board.
- Disconnect the board flex, remove the old board and fit the new one, pressing the connectors fully home.
- Reconnect the battery and test wired charging, fast charging and a USB data connection before closing.
- Fit new back cover adhesive, close the phone and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Does it fit the Galaxy S21+ or a US S21?
No. The S21+ uses a different board, and this one is the EU version for the SM-G991B. US models (SM-G991U) are not listed.
Does it support fast charging?
Yes, the board carries the same USB-C connection the Galaxy S21 5G uses for fast charging. Charging speed also depends on your charger, cable and battery health.
Is it made by Samsung?
