What this part is
The Galaxy S23+ uses a thin signal cable to link its antenna parts to the main board. If this cable is pinched, torn or loose after a drop or an earlier repair, the phone can show one bar or no service even where others have full signal.
This part replaces that cable. Before ordering, rule out the simple causes: try another SIM card, reset network settings, and check that the phone is not locked to another network.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy S23+, and the model number should start SM-S916B (a /DS ending just means dual SIM). The model number is also on the box.
The Galaxy S23+ has a 6.6-inch screen. The standard S23 is smaller at 6.1 inches, and the S23 Ultra has a built-in S Pen.

How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass and lift it carefully with a thin pick.
- Remove the cover plates and disconnect the battery.
- Unclip the old signal cable at both ends and lift it out.
- Route the new cable the same way and press each connector home until it clicks.
- Reconnect the battery, check signal and calls, then refit the covers and back glass.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
