What this part is
The loudspeaker module sits at the bottom of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, next to the charging port. It handles ringtones, notifications, media playback and speakerphone. Liquid, dust or a drop can leave it rattling, distorted or silent.
This part replaces the whole speaker module. The earpiece at the top of the phone is a separate part, so if only normal calls are quiet, this is not the part you need. Check that the phone is not stuck in headphone or Bluetooth mode before ordering.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy S23 Ultra, and the model number should start SM-S918B (a /DS ending just means dual SIM). The model number is also on the box.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch screen and a built-in S Pen. It looks close to the S22 Ultra and S24 Ultra, but the internal parts differ.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off and remove the SIM tray.
- Warm the back glass and lift it carefully with a thin pick.
- Remove the screws on the lower cover and disconnect the battery.
- Unscrew the old loudspeaker module and lift it out.
- Fit the new module, reconnect the battery and test ringtone and media sound.
- Refit the cover, apply new adhesive and press the back glass down evenly.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Will this fit my Galaxy S23 Ultra?
Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S23 Ultra with a model number starting SM-S918B. It does not fit the Galaxy S22 Ultra or Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Does it fit the Galaxy S22 Ultra?
No. The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a different loudspeaker module. Order the listing for your exact model.
Will this fix quiet calls when the phone is held to my ear?
No. Normal calls use the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone. This part fixes the bottom speaker used for ringtones, media and speakerphone.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality loudspeaker made to fit the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back glass is glued on and must be warmed and lifted without cracking it.
