How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The name should read Galaxy S24 FE, and the model number should start SM-S721B (a /DS ending just means dual SIM). The model number is also on the box.
The Galaxy S24 FE has a 6.7-inch screen. It is a different phone from the Galaxy S24 and from the older S23 FE.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off.
- Push a SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray and pull the old tray out.
- Check the slot for bent pins or debris. Do not push anything into it.
- Place the SIM card in the new tray, gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in straight until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check that the SIM and signal are detected.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
