The earpiece (receiver) speaker in the Galaxy S24+ sits at the top edge of the phone, behind the grille above the screen. It carries the other person's voice when you hold the phone to your ear. Water, dust or a drop can damage it, and call audio becomes quiet, crackly or silent.
Before you buy, clean the earpiece grille gently with a dry soft brush, as dust and pocket fluff can block the sound. If calls are still quiet or silent, but speakerphone works, the earpiece is the likely fault.

How to check your model
Open Settings › About phone. The model name should read Galaxy S24+ and the model number should start SM-S926.
The Galaxy S24+ has a 6.7-inch flat screen and three rear cameras. The standard Galaxy S24 is smaller.
Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the phone off, then warm the back glass and lift it with a suction cup and a thin pick.
- Disconnect the battery before touching any other connector.
- Remove the top cover plate and lift out the old earpiece speaker.
- Fit the new earpiece so it sits flat and lines up with the grille.
- Make a test call and check the sound before closing the phone.
- Apply new adhesive, refit the back glass and press evenly while it cures.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.

Yes, if Settings › About phone shows Galaxy S24+ with model number SM-S926B. It does not fit the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Ultra or Galaxy S24 FE.
Does it fit the Galaxy S24?
No. The Galaxy S24 is a smaller phone with a different internal layout. This part is for the Galaxy S24+ only.
Will this fix my ringtone or music sound?
No. The earpiece is only used for calls held to your ear. Ringtones, media and speakerphone use the loudspeaker at the bottom, which is a separate part.
Is it made by Samsung?
No. It is a brand new, OEM-quality earpiece speaker made to fit the Samsung Galaxy S24+, and every part is tested before dispatch.
Should I fit it myself?
We recommend professional installation. The back glass has to be heated and lifted, new adhesive is needed, and the battery must be disconnected before any flex cable is touched.
