The SIM tray on the Galaxy S25 Edge slides into the bottom edge of the phone and holds two nano-SIM cards. A missing tray lets dust and water into the slot, and a bent or cracked tray can jam or fail to hold the SIMs, which causes 'No SIM' errors.
