Overview
What this part is
On the Samsung Galaxy S25+, the earpiece speaker is the small speaker at the top of the phone that you hear on normal calls. If it is blocked, damp or damaged, callers sound quiet or distorted, or you hear nothing unless speakerphone is on.
This part is the earpiece speaker fitted to its bracket, which holds it in the correct position against the grille. Clean the grille gently first and test speakerphone. If speakerphone is clear but the earpiece is not, this part is a likely fix.

Professional installation
How a technician fits this part
- Power the Galaxy S25+ off, remove the SIM tray and warm the edges of the back glass to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the back glass, remove the screws and covers, and disconnect the battery before anything else.
- Remove the upper cover and lift the old earpiece and bracket out of the frame.
- Seat the new earpiece and bracket in the same position, reconnect the battery and test a call before sealing.
- Refit the covers and screws, apply new adhesive and press the back glass down evenly while it cures.
- Run a final check on the Galaxy S25+: calls, signal, speakers, buttons, cameras and charging.
Check that the part matches the device before fitting it or removing any adhesive backing. Once a part has been fitted, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty parts are always covered.
